基于结构系统静强度和疲劳耦合可靠性分析方法,给出了元件静强度失效的当量寿命和当量损伤的概念。结合蒙特卡罗分析方法,讨论了当量损伤服从正态分布、对数正态分布、极值I型分布和威布尔分布时当量寿命的概率分布形式。分析结果表明:当量损伤服从正态分布、对数正态分布、极值I型分布时,当量寿命服从对数正态分布;当量损伤服从威布尔分布时,多数情况下当量寿命不服从对数正态分布。但数值算例表明:若直接将当量损伤认为服从对数正态分布进行当量寿命分析,所得的失效概率误差可以接受,从而避免当量正态转换、简化计算过程,提高了可靠性的计算效率。
Based on the structural system static strength and fatigue coupling reliability analysis method, the concepts of equivalent life and equivalent damage of static strength of components are given. Combining the Monte Carlo method, the probabilistic distributions of equivalent life expectancy under normal distribution, lognormal distribution, extreme I-type distribution and Weibull distribution are discussed. The results show that when the equivalent damage obeys the normal distribution, the logarithmic normal distribution and the extreme I distribution, the equivalent life obeys the logarithmic normal distribution. When the equivalent damage obeys Weibull distribution, the equivalent life expectancy in most cases does not obey the logarithm Normal distribution. However, the numerical examples show that if the equivalent damage is considered directly as the logarithm normal distribution, the failure probability error can be accepted, so as to avoid equivalent normal conversion, simplify the calculation process and improve the computational efficiency of reliability.
