1983年5~12月在霞山区三所小学和两所中学对4307名中、小学生用饱和盐水漂浮法进行粪检。结果46.0%(1980/4307)的学生有肠道线虫感染,其中感染两种或三种肠道线虫者为10.7%(459/4307)和0.8%(36/4307)。蛔虫、鞭虫和钩虫感染率依次为32.2%、21.6%和3.3%。男小学生三种肠道线虫感染率为49.8%(736/1477),较女小学生的43.0%(584/1377)显著为高(P<0.001),但男、女中学生的感染率分别为45.4%—328/722和44.2%—332/751,无显著差异(P>0.05)。三种肠道线虫感染率从6岁起随年龄增加而升高,至11~12岁高达50.5%(563/1114);蛔虫感染率也从6岁起随年龄增加而上升,11~12岁高达38.0%(423/1114);然后两者均随年龄增加而下降。鞭虫感染率以8~9岁为最高(26.5%—215/812),曲线与泊松分布图形相似。钩虫感染率则从6岁起一直随年龄增加而上升,13岁后上升幅度明显增加,16~17岁达最高(9.0%—15/167),明显呈直
From May to December 1983, 4307 primary and secondary school students in three primary schools and two secondary schools in Xiashan District were tested for stool by saturated brine floatation method. Results 46.0% (1980/4307) of the students had intestinal nematode infections, of which 10.7% (459/4307) and 0.8% (36/4307) were infected with two or three intestinal nematodes. The infection rates of roundworm, whipworm and hookworm were 32.2%, 21.6% and 3.3% respectively. The prevalence of the three intestinal nematodes was 49.8% (736/1477) for boys and 43.0% (584/1377) for girls compared with girls (P <0.001), but the prevalence among boys and girls was 45.4% -328/722 and 44.2% -332 / 751, no significant difference (P> 0.05). The infection rates of three kinds of gut nematodes increased with age from the age of 6 to 50.5% (563/1114) between 11 and 12 years old. The infection rate of ascariasis also increased with age from 6 years old, ranging from 11 to 12 years Up to 38.0% (423/1114); both then decreased with increasing age. Whipworm infection rate of 8 to 9 years old was the highest (26.5% -215 / 812), the curve and Poisson distribution of similar patterns.
