由于血站档案是一种综合性强的档案,其所记录的内容很多,不仅仅包括血液采集者与血液使用者的个人资料,更包括许多临床经验,具有很高的医疗科研价值。随着我国采供血业务的激增,血站档案管理工作得到了较快的发展,但也出现了一些不容忽视的问题,这些问题严重地阻碍了血站发挥正常的医疗作用。本文通过对本省19家血站档案管理工作进行分析,剖析其所呈现的问题,并提出相应的解决措施。一、血站档案管理工作存在的问题
