提出了一套水泥起砂性能的检验方法,同时对比了不同水泥品种的起砂性能,并对养护制度、水灰比和胶砂比对水泥起砂性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,水泥1d抗压强度越高,其起砂量越小;欲减少水泥的起砂量,应尽量避免混凝土在高温干燥环境下养护,以及施工后混凝土表面产生水层,同时应尽可能控制水灰比和胶砂比。
A test method of cement sand performance was put forward. Meanwhile, the sand-starting performance of different cement types was compared. The influence of curing system, water cement ratio and mortar ratio on cement sand performance was also studied. The results show that the higher the compressive strength of cement is, the smaller the amount of sand is. In order to reduce the amount of sand from cement, the concrete should be protected under high temperature and dry conditions and the water layer should be formed on the surface of concrete after construction, Control water-cement ratio and mortar ratio.
