工会宣教部门的一项重要工作是要注意收集每个时期的职工思想动态,并将收集到的“毛料”经过一番“去粗取精”的加工制作,然后传递给上级领导和工会各有关部门。这样,既可为上级领导提供大量有参考价值的信息,为领导决策提供依据,又便于工会自身有的放矢地开展职工思想政治工作。从这个意义上说,工会宣教部门是职工思想动态的“加工厂”,我们宣教部门的同志们则是“加工厂”的“工人”。
An important task of the trade union’s propaganda department is to pay attention to collecting the ideological trends of staff and workers in each period and to collect the “wool” after some “crude and refined” processing, and then pass it on to higher-level leaders and relevant departments of the trade union. In this way, it can provide a great deal of valuable information for the superior leaders, provide the basis for leading decision-making, and facilitate the workers’ ideological and political work targeted by the unions themselves. In this sense, the trade unions’ propaganda department is a “processing factory” for the ideological trends of workers and our comrades in the propaganda department are “workers” of “processing factories.”
