小班晨间锻炼的策略研究

《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》为有效促进幼儿身心健康的发展,成人应为幼儿提供合理均衡的营养,保证充足的睡眠和适宜的锻炼,满足幼儿生长发育的需要。晨间锻炼是幼儿体育锻炼活动的组织形式之一,也是幼儿每日二小时户外活动的组成部分,而小班幼儿因年龄小易受环境、情绪等多种因素影响,活动缺乏主动性,使晨练质量不高。组织好小班晨间锻炼活动,能培养健康的习惯,能发展孩子的基本动作和技能,促进幼儿身体发育,增强体质。 Guidelines for Learning and Development of 3-6-year-olds In order to effectively promote the development of children’s physical and mental health, adults should provide reasonable and balanced nutrition for young children, ensure adequate sleep and proper exercise, and meet the needs of children’s growth and development. Morning exercise is one of the organizational forms of early childhood physical activity and also an integral part of two hours of daily outdoor activities for young children. However, young children are subject to many factors such as the environment and emotions due to their small age. Quality is not high. Organize small class morning exercise activities, can develop healthy habits, can develop children’s basic motions and skills, promote physical development of young children, enhance physical fitness.
