进行了YF45Mn V钢试样不同加热温度、保温时间及冷却方式的热处理。通过金相显微镜观察和运用硫化物金相定量分析统计的方法,研究了YF45Mn V钢经过热处理后硫化锰夹杂物的变化规律。结果表明:在950~1100℃保温0~2 h,硫化物不同长宽比(L/W)的数量都减小;在950~1250℃保温2 h,随着加热温度升高,试样中硫化锰夹杂物长宽比L/W<3的所占的比例越来越多;在1100℃,随着冷却速率的增加(由空冷到水冷),在保温1 h时,纺锤形硫化锰夹杂物(L/W<3)数量减少;在保温3 h时,纺锤形硫化锰夹杂物数量增加。
YF45Mn V steel samples were heated at different temperatures, holding time and cooling heat treatment. By metallographic microscope observation and the use of quantitative analysis of sulfide metallography statistical methods to study YF45Mn V steel after heat treatment of manganese sulfide inclusions changes. The results showed that the number of different aspect ratios (L / W) of sulfides decreased when kept at 950 ~ 1100 ℃ for 0 ~ 2 h, and kept at 950 ~ 1250 ℃ for 2 h. With the increase of heating temperature, Manganese sulfide inclusion ratio of L / W ratio is more and more. As the cooling rate increases (from air cooling to water cooling) at 1100 ℃, spindled manganese sulfide inclusions (L / W <3), the amount of spindle-shaped manganese sulfide inclusions increased at 3 h of incubation.
