校园安全事关全局,是全社会高度关注的焦点。校园安全存在着不容忽视的严峻问题,有其复杂的社会背景与各种因素的影响。全面落实科学发展观,确保国家教育方针与人才培养目标的贯彻落实,校园安全必须成为各级政府、各类学校、社会各界齐抓共管的重要工作。加强安全管理与安全教育的工作力度,构建社会公共事故与校园安全防范体系,落实校园安全责任制,创设平安校园,为学生健康成长创建良好的社会、家长、学校的育人环境。
The safety of the whole campus is the focus of attention of the whole society. There are serious problems that can not be ignored in campus security, such as complex social background and various factors. To fully implement the scientific concept of development and ensure the implementation of the national education policy and personnel training objectives, campus safety must become an important task for all levels of government, all kinds of schools and all sectors of society to make concerted efforts. Strengthen safety management and safety education, establish social public accident and campus safety precaution system, implement the responsibility system of campus safety, establish safe campuses, and create healthy education environment for students, parents and schools.
