目的探讨一步制粒技术在益气颗粒试制中的应用,以便应用在生产中。方法将蔗糖粉与阿胶粉混合均匀,以益气浸膏的70%乙醇稀释液为黏合剂,通过改变益气浸膏流量、浸膏相对密度、物料温度考察益气颗粒制粒效果。同时,通过烘干整粒后取样检测颗粒收率从而评估其应用前景。结果与结论一步制粒条件控制适当则能显著改变其制粒效果,可适合于大生产。
Objective To investigate the application of one-step granulation technology in the trial production of Yiqi granules so as to be used in the production. Methods Sucrose powder and gelatin powder were mixed uniformly. The 70% ethanol dilution of Yiqi extract was used as binder, and the effect of Yiqi granules granulation was investigated by changing the flow of extract, the relative density of extract and the temperature of material. At the same time, the application prospects were evaluated by drying the whole grain sample and measuring the grain yield. Results and Conclusions The proper control of the granulation conditions in one step can significantly change the granulation effect and is suitable for large-scale production.
