由于传统的头影测量方法本身的局限性,本文首次使用张量分析法,分析12例面罩前牵引上颌矫治儿童骨性前牙反的患者的矫治疗效。患者平均年龄9.2岁。共使用11个节点和9个三角形单元,计算各单元矫治后的最大和最小主应变量值和方向值,以及形状变化和大小变化。结果表明,张量分析法较传统的头影测量方法更客观和精确地描述颅面形态变化,面罩矫形力对颅面结构各部分形态的影响均不相同,在矢状向和垂直向主要引起颅面结构的形状改变,对上颌和上牙列的影响明显,下颌影响较小。
Due to the limitation of the traditional cephalometric method, this paper first uses tensor analysis method to analyze the curative effect of 12 cases of frontal masks anterior maxillary orthodontics in children with anterior bony anterior teeth. The average age of patients was 9.2 years.
