目的:研究芪贞降脂溶栓胶囊对大鼠血栓形成和小鼠微循环、耐缺氧的影响。方法:SD大鼠,用电刺激法刺激大鼠颈动脉血栓形成,观察血流阻塞时间(OT值);采用直接给药法,在给药后10、20、30 min等不同时间,观察小鼠耳廓微动脉、微静脉口径的变化及其耳廓毛细血管开放量的变化;记录小鼠缺氧死亡时间。结果:芪贞降脂溶栓胶囊明显延长大鼠体内电刺激引起的血栓形成时间;增大小鼠耳廓微动脉、静脉口径,增加毛细血管开放数量;延长缺氧小鼠存活时间。结论:芪贞降脂溶栓胶囊有抗血栓形成、改善微循环作用及增强耐缺氧的能力。
Objective: To study the effect of Qijiang Jiangzhi Capsule on thrombosis in rats and microcirculation and hypoxia tolerance in mice. Methods: Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were stimulated by electrical stimulation to observe the time of blood flow occlusion (OT). The rats were randomly divided into three groups at different time points (10, 20, 30 min) Mouse auricle arterioles, changes in the diameter of the venules and the volume of the opening of the auricle capillaries; record the time of hypoxia in mice. Results: Qijiang Jiangzhi thrombolytic capsules significantly prolong the thrombosis time caused by electrical stimulation in rats; increase the aorta and venous caliber of auricle of mice, increase the number of capillary opening and prolong the survival time of hypoxic mice. Conclusion: Qijiang Jiangzhi thrombolytic capsules have anti-thrombosis, improve microcirculation and enhance resistance to hypoxia.
