不锈钢衬层双金属复合管在联合站污水处理中以较高的性价比逐步得到推广应用,但现场施工由于工艺措施不当往往造成施工质量差、无损检测合格率低情况。根据近年的双金属复合管的施工,总结出双金属复合管的施工焊接技术。本文系统的阐述了不锈钢衬层双金属复合管的焊接工艺特点、性能,通过合理的焊接参数设置,确定了质量稳定的双金属复合管焊接技术。
Stainless steel lining bimetallic composite pipe in the joint station sewage treatment at a higher cost and gradually be popularized and applied, but on-site construction due to improper process measures often result in poor construction quality, non-destructive testing pass rate is low. According to the construction of bimetal composite pipe in recent years, the construction welding technology of bimetallic composite pipe is summarized. This paper systematically expounds the welding process characteristics and performance of the stainless steel lined bimetallic composite pipe, and determines the bimetallic composite pipe welding technology with stable quality through reasonable welding parameter setting.
