本文介绍了新型锡石捕收剂——烷胺双甲基膦酸(代号浮锡灵)浮选锡石的单矿物试验、人工混合矿分离和天然锡石矿泥的浮选试验结果。试验表明,浮锡灵的捕收力强、抗矿泥干扰性能好,对-5微米的锡石微泥具有强力的捕收作用。应用浮锡灵浮选广西栗木锡石矿泥,获得了优于苄基胂酸的选矿效果。 通过红外光谱、ζ-电位以及吸附量的测定,研究了浮锡灵对锡石的作用机理。结果表明,浮锡灵在锡石表面的吸附是化学吸附。
In this paper, single mineral test, artificial mixed ore separation and natural flotation test of natural cassiterite are introduced. Experiments show that the floating Xiling Ling capture power, anti-mud interference performance is good, -5 micron cassiterite micro-capture has a strong role. The application of floating tin spirit liquefaction of Guangxi chestnut cassiterite, obtained better than benzyl arsenic acid beneficiation results. By infrared spectroscopy, ζ-potential and the determination of the amount of adsorption, floating tin spirit on the cassiterite mechanism. The results show that the adsorption of floating tin on the surface of cassiterite is chemisorption.
