随着祖国经济建设的发展及各使用部门对钢材性能要求的逐步提高,怎样提高钢材的质量已成为目前钢铁工业上的主要问题。在制定钢铁分析国家标准会议上,钢铁工业管理局负责同志曾指示各厂要把提高钢材质量做为中心任务,为了完成此项任务,推动检验工作的向前发展,是有相当意义的。
With the development of economic development in the motherland and the gradual improvement of the performance requirements of the steel products by various departments, how to improve the quality of steel products has become a major issue in the steel industry at present. At the meeting of formulating national standards for analysis of steel, the comrades in charge of the Iron and Steel Industry Administration had instructed the factories to take the improvement of the quality of steel as their central task. To accomplish this task, it is of great significance to push forward the inspection work.
