Fetal decellularized DNA (fDNA) can be detected in human gestational plasma and rapidly cleared after labor. To investigate whether fDNA can be detected in the plasma of mouse models and to compare fDNA between pregnant and maternal fetuses. Animals are transgenic mice with high green fluorescent protein (GFP). The mice were divided into 4 groups. Groups C57BL / 6J virgin females, 8 weeks old, mated with male mice of cognate GFP +.
