新型农村合作医疗是由三个主体,即政府、村集体、农民共同筹资发展新型农村合作医疗建设的活动组织形式,主要采取的方式是以大病统筹为主。本文通过调查问卷、文献研究、比较研究分析等方法,对柳林县穆村镇新型农村合作医疗情况进行全方位的调查分析。本文的创新点主要是结合穆村镇本地的实际情况,系统的分析穆村镇新型农村合作医疗的现状,及其穆村镇新型农村合作医疗存在的问题。
The new type of rural cooperative medical care is organized by three main bodies, that is, the government, village collectives and peasants jointly fund the development of new-type rural cooperative medical care. The main form of the new rural cooperative medical care is based on the overall plan for serious illness and co-ordination. This paper investigates and analyzes the situation of new rural cooperative medical care in Mucun Town, Liulin County through questionnaire, literature research, comparative research and analysis. The innovation of this paper is mainly based on the local conditions of Mucun Town, and systematically analyzes the current situation of the new-type rural CMS in Mucun Town and the problems existing in the new rural cooperative medical care in Mucun Town.
