价值创新是现代企业重要的竞争战略,是指将竞争的逻辑起点定位于顾客价值,通过顾客价值的提升赢得市场。价值链视角下,顾客是价值链的一个节点,提升顾客价值即提升顾客在整条价值链中的价值分配量但不降低其他企业价值分配量,从而实现整条价值链的共赢。基于价值链的价值创新可以通过内部价值链的再造和外部价值链的整合和延伸两种方法实现。
Value innovation is an important competitive strategy for modern enterprises. It refers to positioning the starting point of competition in the value of customers and winning the market through the enhancement of customer value. In the perspective of value chain, customer is a node in the value chain. Increasing customer value means increasing customer’s value distribution in the whole value chain without reducing the value allocation of other enterprises, so as to achieve win-win throughout the value chain. Value innovation based on the value chain can be realized through the reconstruction of the internal value chain and the integration and extension of the external value chain.
