加拿大在建的拉罗曼2号电站项目,主体工程包括1座主坝和5座副坝,主副坝均设计为沥青心墙坝。项目计划工期为2011年7月至2013年12月。由于施工非常顺利,项目提前3个月于2013年9月竣工,提前投产发电大大降低了魁北克省水电局的成本投入。以加拿大拉罗曼2号电站沥青心墙坝为例,通过马歇尔试验研究了沥青施工中温度及压实度对孔隙率的影响。击实前保持沥青温度是获得所需孔隙率、以确保大坝抗渗性的关键。
Canada La Roman No.2 power station project under construction, the main project includes one main dam and five auxiliary dams, the main and auxiliary dams are designed as asphalt core wall dam. The project schedule is from July 2011 to December 2013. Due to the smooth construction, the project was completed in September 2013 three months in advance. The commissioning of electricity ahead of schedule greatly reduced the cost of the Québec Hydroelectric Power Bureau. Taking the asphalt core wall dam of La Loman No. 2 in Canada as an example, the influence of temperature and compaction on the porosity was studied by Marshall test. Maintaining bitumen temperature prior to compaction is the key to obtaining the required porosity to ensure dam impermeability.
