为了探讨外国期刊刊名在我国报刊中表达的规范化,调查了外国期刊刊名在我国报刊中的多种表达形式,发现了其中的不规范现象,随意性很大。讨论了外国期刊刊名规范表达的必要性和规范化表达的问题,认为在尚没有制定诸如外国期刊刊名译名规则等标准和规范之前,宜采用国别+期刊译名(原刊名全称或简称)的表达形式,或者采用国别+原刊名全称或简称的表达形式,并把刊名全称或简称排成斜体字。
In order to discuss the standardization of the foreign journal titles in our newspapers and periodicals, we investigated the various expressions of the foreign journal titles in the newspapers and periodicals in our country, and found the irregularities in them. Discussed the necessity of normative expression of foreign journal titles and argued that it is appropriate to adopt the translation of country + periodicals (the full name or the abbreviation of the original title) before the establishment of such standards and norms as the translation rules of foreign journal titles. Or use the form of expression of the full name or abbreviation of the country + original title, and put the full name or abbreviation of the title in italics.
