为了探讨国内航线运行中威胁与机组差错的相关性,提升民航运行的安全性水平,用威胁与差错管理(TEM)模型将84起涉及机组差错的事故与事故征候进行编码,并采用Spearman等级相关方法来探寻威胁与机组差错之间的关联。结果发现:恶劣天气与人工操作差错分别是国内民航运行中最常见的威胁和最易出现的机组差错;国内民航运行中的威胁与机组差错虽非成对出现,但两者之间存在相关性;共有14对威胁与差错的组合呈现相关,其相关系数为0.215~0.425。加强机组注意力分配能力训练、提高机组与其他职位的沟通与协作能力、建立良好的航空公司安全文化、完善机场设施和减少维修差错有利于减少运行中的威胁,进而减少机组差错。
In order to explore the correlation between threat and unit error in the operation of domestic routes and to improve the safety level of civil aviation operation, 84 incidents and incidents involving crew errors were coded using threat and error management (TEM) model and Spearman rank correlation Method to explore the link between threat and crew error. The results show that the bad weather and manual operation errors are the most common threats and the most prone to crew errors in civil aviation operation respectively. The threats and crew errors in domestic civil aviation operations are not paired, but there is a correlation between the two ; A total of 14 pairs of threats and errors showed a combination of correlation coefficient of 0.215 ~ 0.425. It is beneficial to reduce the threat in operation and to reduce crew mistakes by strengthening the training of attention distribution of units, improving the communication and coordination between units and other positions, establishing a good airline safety culture, improving airport facilities and reducing maintenance errors.
