目前许多体外受精和胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中心收集卵母细胞使用的方法是超声指示卵泡吸取(UDFA),优于腹腔镜收集,术者认为使用UDFA技术是安全的,且无严重后遗症。
At present, many IVF-ET centers collect oocytes by using ultrasound-guided follicle aspiration (UDFA), which is superior to laparoscopic collection. The surgeon believes that the UDFA technique is safe and without serious sequelae.
