目的 :探讨纤维喉镜下治疗声带息肉、小结的方法及效果。方法 :应用纤维喉镜摘除声带息肉 2 0 3例 ,声带小结 42例。结果 :随访 3月～ 1年 ,平均 6个月 ,发音正常 179例 ,改善 5 7例 ,复发者 9例。结论 :纤维喉镜下摘除声带息肉、小结疗效满意
Objective: To investigate the method and effect of fibrolaryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps. Methods: Two hundred and thirty cases of vocal cord polyp and 42 cases of vocal nodules were removed with fiber laryngoscope. Results: The follow-up ranged from 3 months to 1 year, with an average of 6 months. 179 cases were normal pronunciation, 57 cases were improved, and 9 cases were recurrence. Conclusions: Vocal cord polyp is removed under fiber laryngoscope and the results are satisfactory
