结合青岛海湾大桥海上大型临时码头的设计、施工、使用情况,阐述了如何进行全过程安全控制,通过合理的设计标准,选择切合实际的设计参数,确定结构形式,施工和使用中加强监护和巡查维修,实施交通管制和预警,确保临时码头的正常使用。
Combining with the design, construction and usage of the large-scale temporary pier in Qingdao Bay Bridge, the paper explains how to carry out the whole process of safety control, selects the practical design parameters through reasonable design standards, determines the structure form, strengthens the guardianship and inspections during construction and use Maintenance, traffic control and early warning to ensure the normal use of the temporary pier.
