目的:对新种太白木(AraliataibaiensisZ.Z.WangetH.C.Zheng)的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析进行分离,根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:得到3个化合物,分别确定为齐墩果酸(oleanolicacid,Ⅰ),去葡萄糖竹节参皂苷Ⅳa(28-desglucosyl-chikusetsusaponinⅣa,Ⅱ)和竹节参皂苷Ⅰb(chikusetsutsaponinⅠb,Ⅲ)。结论:3个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the new species, Araliataibaiensis Z.Z. Wanget H.C. Zheng. Methods: Solvent extraction and silica gel column chromatography were used for separation. Their structures were identified according to their physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Three compounds were obtained, which were identified as oleanolic acid (I), deglucosaccharoside IVa (28-desglucosyl-chikusetsusaponin IVa, II) and bamboo ginsenoside Ib (chikusetsutsaponin Ib, III). Conclusion: All three compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
