本文分析了1993年1～2月洲头咀口岸4819名入出境人员传染病监测体检的情况。体检对象中,交通员工占96.53％,从业人员占1.97％,劳务人员占1.50％;检出健康状况异常率依次为27.37％、23.26％和50.00％。健康状况检出异常顺位表的前三位分别是视力、HBsAg和心电图。其中,HBsAg阳性率以劳务人员最高,交通员工次之,从业人员最低,三者具有显著性差别。
This article analyzes the January-February 1993 Chaotou Tsui Port 4819 entry and exit of infectious disease surveillance and physical examination of the situation. Among the physical examination objects, traffic workers accounted for 96.53%, employed persons accounted for 1.97%, labors accounted for 1.50%, and abnormalities of detected health conditions were followed by 27.37%, 23.26% and 50.00% respectively. The top three indicators of abnormal health status were visual acuity, HBsAg and ECG. Among them, the positive rate of HBsAg is the highest labor force, the second is the traffic worker, the lowest is the employed person, and the three have significant difference.
