上海市轨道交通明珠线二期工程西藏南路站~鲁班路站区间盾构全长1200多m,曲线段长达700m,端头井深近20m。为确保盾构准确进洞,采用导线测量方法、利用双导线、左右角观测、强制对中观测墩、竖井联系测量导线俯仰角控制在30°内、测量平差确定隧道内导线起始传递方位角等方法,取得了满意的效果。
The shield tunnel length of Tibet South Road Station to Luban Road Station Phase II of the Shanghai Metro Line 2 project is more than 1200 m in length with a curve section of 700m long and an end well depth of nearly 20m. In order to ensure that the shield is accurately inserted into the hole, the lead measurement method is adopted. The double-lead, left-right angle observation, forced centering observation pier and shaft connection are used to control the pitch angle of the measuring lead to be controlled within 30 °. Angle and other methods, and achieved satisfactory results.
