我国目前推行司法改革应该立足于我国的现实条件,由于缺乏实证调查解决司法过程中存在的问题,缺少自下而上的改革潮流,改革切勿一刀切。本文通过对基层法院法官在司法改革浪潮的冲击中所扮演的角色为出发点来分析基层法官生活在制度夹缝中处于两难的选择,以及基层法官如何才能走出制度夹缝提出一些改革措施,希望能对基层法官的改革有所裨益。 At present, the judicial reform in our country should be based on the actual conditions in our country.
