目的探索品管圈活动在提高肿瘤患者癌痛患者服用癌痛药物的依从性的作用。方法成立品管圈,确立“提高肿瘤癌痛患者服用癌痛药物的依从性”为活动主题,进行现状把握,目标设定。要因分析对策制定和试试、结果,开展品管圈活动后肿瘤癌痛患者服用癌痛药物的依从性明显高于活动前。由改善前的70%提高到改善后的95%。结论正确运用了品管圈可有效提高肿瘤患者服用癌痛药物的依从性,加强了护士的沟通能力,提高了护士工作积极性和管理能力,也提高了患者的生活质量及病人的满意度。 Objective To explore the role of QA activities in improving the adherence of cancer pain medication to cancer patients with cancer. Conclusion Correct use of quality control loop can effectively improve the compliance of cancer patients taking cancer drugs, enhance the communication ability of nurses, improve nurses’ work enthusiasm and management ability, and improve their quality of life and patient satisfaction.
