建立了分析轧机辊系弹性变形的有限元方程和边界条件,在计算模型中首次考虑了辊间非线性接触摩擦,分析了在接触非线性条件下辊间载荷分布和辊缝形状的变化规律,考题计算与实验结果吻合,这为板带轧机设计、轧制工艺优化、板形控制等提供了一个高精度的分析方法。
The finite element equation and the boundary conditions for analyzing the rolling deformation of rolling mill roll were established. The nonlinear friction between rolls was considered in the calculation model for the first time. The variation of load distribution and roll gap shape under the condition of contact non-linearity was analyzed. The calculation of the test questions agrees well with the experimental results, which provides a high-precision analysis method for strip mill design, optimization of rolling technology and shape control.
