根据燃烧反应速率不变的原理,设置特定的加热温度和供气体积流量,在管式固定加热炉上采用热重分析法测量了循环流化床锅炉燃烧条件下大颗粒煤(直径为9~15mm)的燃尽时间.通过拟合煤颗粒的粒径和对应的燃尽时间数据,确定表征煤样A和煤样B燃尽特性的2个参数:燃烧常数k和燃尽指数n.结果表明:循环流化床锅炉燃用煤样A时的运行床压比燃用煤样B时低约600Pa,更有利于节省一次风机和二次风机的电耗.
According to the principle of invariable combustion reaction rate, the specific heating temperature and gas supply volume flow rate were set, and the thermal conductivity of the large particle coal (diameter 9 ~ 15mm) burnout time was determined by fitting the particle size of the coal particles and the corresponding burnout time data to determine two parameters that characterize the burnout characteristics of Coal Sample A and Sample B: the combustion constant k and burnout index n. Results The results show that the operating bed pressure of circulating fluidized bed boiler burning coal sample A is about 600Pa lower than that of burning coal sample B, which is more conducive to saving the power consumption of primary fan and secondary fan.
