慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)是泌尿外科及中医男科常见病之一,由于发病缓慢,病情反复,迁延难愈,且常与后尿道炎、精囊炎及副睾炎同时存在,严重影响病人的生活和工作,甚至影响性生活和生育,给病人带来很大的痛苦和巨大的精神压力。而临床治疗方法虽然很多,但疗效满意者很少。我们自1989年以来,采用综合方法治疗CBP32例,获得良效,现报告如下。
Chronic bacterial prostatitis (CBP) is one of the common diseases in urology and traditional Chinese medicine. Due to its slow onset, repeated illness, delayed and refractory, and often associated with posterior urethritis, seminal vesicle inflammation and epididymitis, it has a serious impact on the patient’s Life and work, and even affect the sex life and childbirth, to the patient a lot of pain and tremendous mental stress. Although many clinical treatment methods, but very few patients with satisfactory results. Since 1989, we have used an integrated approach to treat CBP in 32 cases and achieved good results. The report is as follows.
