目的探讨自愿将剖宫产作为首选分娩方式的孕妇对分娩方式的认知情况。方法 600例无剖宫产指征孕妇,随机分为观察组和对照组,各300例。观察组自愿行剖宫产手术,对照组自愿行阴道分娩,比较两组孕妇分娩前心理状态。结果观察组担心疼痛孕妇占76.33%,担心安全孕妇占11.67%,恐惧手术(试产失败后改剖宫产)孕妇占8.33%有阴道分娩信心孕妇占3.67%,对照组分别为30.00%、6.00%、4.00%、60.00%;观察组担心疼痛、担心安全、恐惧手术(试产失败后改剖宫产)的孕妇多于对照组,有阴道分娩信心的孕妇少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕妇孕期对分娩的错误认知是将剖宫产作为分娩首选方式的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the cognitive status of delivery methods in pregnant women who voluntarily choose cesarean section as their mode of delivery. Methods 600 pregnant women without indications of cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 300 cases each. The observation group voluntarily performed cesarean section operation and the control group performed vaginal delivery voluntarily. The psychological status of the two groups of pregnant women before delivery was compared. Results The observation group was 76.33% worried about pain, worried about safety of pregnant women accounted for 11.67%, fear of surgery (failed cesarean section after trial failed) accounted for 8.33% pregnant women with vaginal delivery confidence accounted for 3.67%, control group were 30.00%, 6.00 %, 4.00%, 60.00%. The observation group were more worried about pain, fear of safety, fear of surgery (cesarean section after trial failure) than the control group, pregnant women with vaginal delivery confidence less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The erroneous understanding of pregnant women during childbirth is the main reason for cesarean section as the preferred method of delivery.
