坏死性肉瘤样肉芽肿病(NSG)是以肺部肉瘤样肉芽肿伴不同程度坏死及肉芽肿性血管炎为特征的罕见疾病。作者分析了在日本发现的5例临床表现和病理所见,并对NSG的本质及鉴别诊断进行了探讨。
Necrotic sarcoid granulomatosis (NSG) is a rare disease characterized by pulmonary sarcoid granuloma with varying degrees of necrosis and granulomatous vasculitis. The authors analyzed 5 clinical findings and pathological findings found in Japan and explored the nature and differential diagnosis of NSG.
