随着海洋石油开发的不断深入,海洋石油工程项目作为一项十分重要的系统工程,其项目管理的成效引起了海洋工程人越来越多的关注。海洋工程开发项目动辄几个亿甚至几十亿的投资,在技术要求不断提高的同时又伴随着越来越高的风险,对海洋石油工程项目进度的有效管理是十分重要和有价值的,这是一项投资较大的工程,结合当前国际油价持续低迷的严峻形势,降本增效就显得尤为重要,因此需要更加有效的控制项目进度,我们发现关键路径法能够更好的应用到海洋石油工程项目进度管理中,所以本文主要探讨了关键路径法在海洋石油工程项目进度管理的应用。
