大众车系的电喷发动机在出现无法起动或起动困难的故障时,其诊断思路与传统发动机类似。本文主要针对机械部分正常、气缸压力正常及起动机正常运转却无法起动或起动困难的故障进行分析。对于这类故障,主要从油路和电路2个方面进行故障排除。然而,对于电喷发动机而言,其点火和供油系统上的一些元件由传统的纯机械控制转变为机电一体控制,均受到发动机电控单元的集中控制,因此,检修过程基本上是电路检修。其检修内容包括:供油系统的检查;点火
