改革开放以来,我国在实现经济社会发展的同时,不断制定和完善收入分配制度,现阶段已经确立起了按劳分配为主体、多种分配方式并存的社会主义分配制度。但在收入分配领域也出现了一些不到位或分配不公的地方,由此引起的各种社会矛盾问题不断地暴露出来,在一定程度上影响和制约着我国经济社会的进一步发展。当前,在全面建设小康社会的进程中,必须以改善民生为重点,进一步改革分配的具体制度,规范收入分配秩序,理顺各种分配关系。 Since the reform and opening up, our country has formulated and perfected the system of income distribution while implementing economic and social development.
