1 系列化管理是管理的一次变革 我们认为对教学仪器的传统分类管理方式不适应实验教学发展的新形势,因为管理的对象是仪器,而实验教学需要的却是完整实验,二者相脱节。针对这个问题,我们设想把管理和实验教学相统一,使管理仪器与管理实验相结合。经过摸索,总结出了“物理教学仪器的系列化管理”模式,简称“系列化管理”,它以演示实验和分组实验为基础的管理系统。
1 Serialized management is a change in management We believe that the traditional way of classifying management of educational instruments is not suited to the new situation in the development of experimental teaching, because the object of management is the instrument, and experimental teaching requires a complete experiment, and the two are out of step. In response to this problem, we envisage the unification of management and experimental teaching to combine management instruments with management experiments. After groping, the “sequential management of physics teaching equipment” model was summarized, which was referred to as “serialized management”. It was based on demonstration experiments and grouped experiments.
