目的了解常熟市9家蓄电池生产企业专项整治前后工作场所空气中铅浓度变化情况,以评价其整治效果。方法采用单因素ANOVA Dunnett’s统计方法,对2010、2011、2012年的铅烟及铅尘检测结果进行两两比较。结果 2011年(0.047 mg/m3)、2012年(0.031 mg/m3)铅烟检测结果明显优于2010年(0.13 mg/m3),2011年(0.086 mg/m3)铅尘检测结果优于2010年(0.48 mg/m3),2012年(0.035 mg/m3)铅尘检测结果优于2011年(0.086 mg/m3)(P<0.05)。结论目前,该市蓄电池生产企业工作场所空气中铅烟及铅尘浓度得到了有效的控制。
Objective To understand the changes of lead concentration in the workplace air before and after the special rectification of nine storage battery manufacturers in Changshu City to evaluate its remediation effect. Methods One-way ANOVA Dunnett’s statistical method was used to compare the detection results of lead smoke and lead dust in 2010, 2011 and 2012 respectively. Results The test results of lead smoke in 2011 (0.047 mg / m3) and 2012 (0.031 mg / m3) were significantly better than those in 2010 (0.13 mg / m3), and the results of lead dust detection in 2011 (0.086 mg / m3) (0.48 mg / m3). The results of lead dust detection in 2012 (0.035 mg / m3) were superior to those of 0.086 mg / m3 in 2011 (P <0.05). Conclusion At present, the concentrations of lead smoke and lead dust in the air of the city’s battery manufacturing enterprises are effectively controlled.
