谷氨酸钠的中文名称就是“味精”。这种在1908年问世、1950年后大为风行的调味圣品,近年来却被贴上“毒素”的标签,餐饮业与食品工业大受冲击,中餐馆尤其成为众矢之的。由味精引发的种种现象,被称之为“中国餐馆症候群”。
Chinese name of sodium glutamate is “MSG ”. This kind of savory product that came out in 1908 and became popular after 1950 has been labeled “toxin” in recent years.
