2005年是中国房地产市场变革最多的一年,从中央到地方陆续下发众多的法规行政条文使过热的房地产业已经呈现出理性回归的迹象。在中央有关政策的引导下,2006年湖南房地产市场将继续呈现满足大众需求合理价格梯度,普通商品房仍然占主导地位。房地产价格总体保持理性的波动。根据价格趋势分析,未来一段时间内,房地产价格仍将保持小幅增长,但在合理范围内波动。
The year 2005 witnessed the largest number of changes in the Chinese real estate market. Many regulatory and administrative provisions were promulgated from the central government to the local authorities, making the overheated real estate industry show signs of a rational return.
