随着档案信息化应用的深入展开,以网络化、数字化的形式提供档案利用的方式成为必然。而网络化的应用带给人们高效与方便的同时,也给档案管理工作带来挑战,数字档案安全也面临多方面的威胁。为了保证数字档案信息安全,发挥数字档案信息的作用,实现数字档案信息的价值,建立数字档案信息安全保护体系理应成为我们关注的重点。
With the further application of archives informatization, it is necessary to provide archives utilization in the form of network and digitization. While networked applications bring efficiency and convenience to people, they also bring challenges to the file management work. Digital file security also faces many threats. In order to ensure the safety of digital archives information, play the role of digital archival information and realize the value of digital archival information, establishing digital file information security protection system should become the focus of our attention.
