肉苁蓉粗多糖分离纯化工艺优化研究

研究了肉苁蓉粗多糖分离纯化的最佳工艺条件,对肉苁蓉粗多糖蛋白脱除及脱色工艺进行了探讨。得到肉苁蓉粗多糖脱蛋白最佳工艺条件为蛋白酶添加量为125.6U/mL,酶解温度为30.0℃,酶解时间为96.1min,pH为5.4。肉苁蓉粗多糖脱色最佳工艺条件为活性炭添加量为2.5%,温度为50℃,吸附时间为40min。 The optimum conditions for the isolation and purification of crude polysaccharides from Cistanche deserticola were studied, and the removal and decoloration of crude polysaccharides from Cistanche deserticola were also discussed. The optimum conditions for the deproteinization of Cistanche deserticola polysaccharides were as follows: protease dosage 125.6U / mL, enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 30.0 ℃, hydrolysis time 96.1min, pH 5.4. Cistanche crude polysaccharides decolorization of the optimum conditions for the amount of activated carbon was 2.5%, the temperature was 50 ℃, the adsorption time was 40min.
