目的使计算机更好地在医院发挥作用,以提高满意度。方法主要分析目前计算机在医院应用过程中存在的管理问题,阐述了医院对计算机的管理存在的问题,提出具体解决措施。结果希望通过本文研究降低计算机报修率及损坏率,以减少因计算机故障引起的纠纷。结论为医院科研、医疗护理人员提供了更方便、快捷的服务,最终为患者提供优质、高效的医疗、护理。
The purpose is to make computers work better in hospitals to increase satisfaction. The method mainly analyzes the management problems existing in the application process of the computer in the hospital at present, expounds the problems existing in the management of the computer in the hospital and puts forward the specific solutions. The results hope to reduce the computer repair rate and damage rate through this study to reduce the disputes caused by computer failures.
