采用五种免疫功能测定法对832只健康KM小鼠和83只BALB/c小鼠进行免疫学功能指标的测定。结果表明ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化能力OD值分别为00148~00192和001201~00206;二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应(耳肿胀法)小鼠耳重差分别为1039~1217mg和11468~16234mg;血清溶血素抗体积数分别为7898~9130和10673~11607;碳廓清吞噬指数a分别为4752~4858和4470~5598;小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的指数分别为0398~0461和0331~0499,吞噬百分数分别为3372~3718和2924~4110。上述数据可信区间为99%,两鼠间DTH及抗体积数值有高度显著性差异(P<001)。在进行免疫药理学、免疫毒理学和保健食品功能学研究时,以实验小鼠为材料运用DTH和血清溶血素抗体积数实验时,应首选BALB/c小鼠。而进行其它三项免疫学指标实验时可首选KM小鼠。
Five immunological assays were used to determine the immunological parameters of 832 healthy KM mice and 83 BALB / c mice. The confidence interval of the above data was 99%. There was a highly significant difference between the DTH and anti-volume values between the two mice (P <001). In immunopharmacology, immunotoxicology and health food functional studies, the use of experimental mice as the material DTH and serum hemolysin antibody volume should be the first choice of BALB / c mice. The other three immunological indicators of experiments KM mice may be the first choice.
