小型分散的幼儿混合班在我省幼儿教育事业中占很大比例。混合班的教养工作,直接关系到学前教育质量。因此,混合班的教育教学问题应作为幼教领域的重点研究课题提到议事日程上来。为解决农村广大混合班老师的急需,从本期开始,我们将在“农村·街道·工矿·部队幼教”专栏中陆续刊登混合班各科教学计划,提供老师们作为开学工作的参考。混合班课表的安排,部编教材的使用,教学要求的确定,教学方法的选取等均要以《幼儿园教育纲要》(试行草案)为依据,结合本地本班的实际情况,通盘考虑,精心设计,不宜生搬硬套。
Small and scattered child care mixed classes in our province accounted for a large proportion of early childhood education. The training of mixed classes is directly related to the quality of preschool education. Therefore, the issue of education and teaching in mixed classes should be brought to the agenda as a key research topic in the field of early childhood education. In order to solve the urgent need of the majority of mixed class teachers in rural areas, from the beginning of this issue, we will publish various teaching plans in mixed courses in the columns of “Early Childhood Education in Rural, Street, Industry, Minerals and Forces” and provide teachers with reference to the commencement of their work. The arrangement of mixed class schedule, the use of departmental textbooks, the determination of teaching requirements, the selection of teaching methods and so on should be based on the “Kindergarten Education Program” (tentative draft) as a basis, combined with the actual situation of this local class, taking into consideration and carefully designing , Should not be mechanically rigid.
