本文通过130多对球铁齿轮承载能力的试验研究,证明贝氏体球铁齿轮的强度是所有类型球铁齿轮之冠,具有广阔的发展前途。 作者对具有我国特色的两种球铁——铜钼贝氏体和钒钛贝氏体齿轮,进行了接触疲劳和弯曲疲劳的强度试验研究,得出了各自的S-N曲线及相应的疲劳极限值σ_(11m),从而为设计制造这种齿轮,提供了系统的数据,也可供增补“ISO”“齿轮承载能力计算方法”中球铁齿轮σ_(11m)数据不足的参考。 作者用试验所得的数据,用于有关单位齿轮攻关的实践中,也取得了良好的效果。
In this paper, more than 130 pairs of iron gears on the bearing capacity of the pilot study showed that the strength of bainite ductile iron gear is the highest of all types of ductile iron gears, with broad prospects for development. The authors studied the strength of contact fatigue and bending fatigue tests of two kinds of ductile iron-copper-molybdenum bainite and vanadium-titanium bainite gears with Chinese characteristics, and obtained their SN curves and corresponding fatigue limits σ_ (11m), so as to provide a systematic data for the design and manufacture of this kind of gear, as well as a reference for supplementing insufficiency of data of the iron gear σ_ (11m) in “ISO” method for calculating the bearing capacity. The author uses the data obtained from the experiment, which has been used in the practice of unit gear research and achieved good results.
