建筑工程中消耗的钢材占社会钢材消耗总量的30%~50%,怎样节约用钢是一大课题。通常在混凝土结构中采用热轧光圆和热轧带肋钢筋。预应力构件中,预应力筋多采用直径为3~5毫米的冷拔低碳钢丝。由于冷拔低碳钢丝的握裹力低、延性差,抗冲击性能也差,因此我国于80年代初期开始从国外引进冷轧带肋钢筋生产线。冷轧带肋钢筋是一种延性好、握裹性能优良的建筑用钢筋,可替代冷拔低碳钢丝,具有明显的技术、经济和社会效益。
The consumption of steel in construction projects accounts for 30% to 50% of the total consumption of social steel. How to save steel is a major issue. Hot rolled light circles and hot rolled ribbed steel bars are commonly used in concrete structures. Among the prestressed members, cold-drawn low-carbon steel wires with a diameter of 3 to 5 mm are used for the prestressed tendons. Due to the low gripping force, poor ductility, and poor impact resistance of cold drawn low carbon steel wire, China began to introduce cold rolled ribbed steel bar production lines from abroad in the early 1980s. Cold-rolled ribbed steel bar is a kind of structural steel with good ductility and good gripping performance. It can replace cold drawn low-carbon steel wire and has obvious technical, economic and social benefits.
