裴庄采区是首钢矿山公司大石河铁矿的主要采区,为了满足首钢扩大矿石产量的要求,采区准备增加生产能力,强化开采。考虑到边帮岩体的稳定性尚有潜力,强化开采后只需七年左右采掘完毕。为了提高生产经济效益,该矿与北京钢铁学院于1984年9月签定合同,研究边帮加陡问题。项目负责人是北京钢院杜竞中,参加者有于润坤、李西林及首钢矿山公司古明德及裴庄采区杨振东。 进行了详细的采区工程地质测绘及裂隙统计,讨论了断裂构造运动程式及分布规律。进行了岩体强度试验。在此基础上,对边坡岩体稳定性进行综合分析。研究结果认为顶盘边帮角可从原设计的48°加陡到55°,这样可减少剥岩量300万吨,节约投资270万元,回收矿石量十万余吨。

The result of the study shows that the topside edge angle can be steep from 55 ° to 55 °, which can reduce the amount of stripping rock by 3 million tons, save 2.7 million yuan and recover more than 100,000 tons of ore.
