十三陵抽水蓄能电站高压管道水头高、管径大,最大H·D值达2600m2。沿线地质条件严重不良。设计中大量采用了抗拉强度达570N/mm2和790N/mm2的调质高强钢。本电站高压钢管设计在许多方面远远超出我国现行的《水电站压力钢管设计规范》SD144-85的范围.并由此带来了一系列的技术问题。在介绍本电站高压钢管设计的同时.就有关的特殊技术问题进行了论述。
