利用湿法研磨的加工工艺对10%顺式氯氰菊酯·戊唑醇悬浮种衣剂的配方中各个组分进行了筛选和优化。实验结果为:顺式氯氰菊酯7.5%,戊唑醇2.5%,白炭黑2%,EL-805%,10%PVA-179915%,NNO2%,乙二醇5%,硅酸镁铝0.1%,警戒色3%,自来水补足至100%。并对该制剂的性能指标进行了测试评价,结果显示该制剂的各控制项目指标符合悬浮种衣剂的相关标准。并且通过田间药效验证,该制剂对玉米地下害虫和丝黑穗病防效突出。
The components of the formulation of 10% cis-cypermethrin-tebuconazole suspension seed coating were screened and optimized by the wet grinding process. The results of the experiment are as follows: 7.5% of cypermethrin, 2.5% of tebuconazole, 2% of white carbon black, EL-805%, 10% PVA-179915%, NNO2%, ethylene glycol 5%, magnesium aluminum silicate 0.1% Caution color 3%, tap water make up to 100%. And the performance index of the preparation was tested and evaluated. The results showed that the control items of the preparation comply with the standards of suspended seed coating. And through the field efficacy test, the preparation of maize underground pests and head smut prominent control.
